Macemark Company Policies

This eLearning course provides Workers with access to key Macemark policies that support safe, ethical, compliant and professional business operations.

The course includes company policies covering quality, privacy, work health and safety, domestic and family violence support, modern slavery, environmental sustainability, leave and entitlements, company vehicles, credit card use, fitness for work, travel, disciplinary matters, rehabilitation, code of conduct, bullying and harassment, purchasing and business expenses, communication, information security and artificial intelligence.

Workers are required to review the relevant policies to understand their responsibilities, expected standards of conduct, compliance obligations, and the processes that apply across Macemark’s operations. These policies support Macemark’s commitment to quality, safety, legal compliance, ethical conduct, information protection, respectful workplace behaviour and continual improvement.

Completion of this course helps ensure that Workers are aware of the policies that apply to their role and understand where to find guidance when performing work on behalf of Macemark.
