Starting a new role brings its share of questions, paperwork, and new faces. We want to make this transition as straightforward as possible, so over the next few days you will work through this induction course at your own pace. It covers everything you need to know to feel confident and ready to contribute from Day 1.

What to expect from us

Macemark Technology has been operating since 1983. In that time, we have built a reputation as a trusted partner in healthcare technology — supplying, servicing, and supporting products that help hospitals and healthcare facilities run safely and effectively. We take that responsibility seriously.

As a new team member, you can expect to be supported. Your manager will check in with you regularly during your first 90 days. You have been assigned a buddy to help you find your feet. And this course is here to give you the knowledge you need before those conversations happen.

What we expect from you

We expect honesty, effort, and a willingness to ask questions. No one at Macemark expects you to know everything on Day 1. What we do expect is that you engage with this induction seriously — the compliance, safety, and policy content exists to protect you, your colleagues, and the customers we serve.

How this course works

This eLearning course is hosted in Odoo. Work through each section in order. Some modules include a short quiz — you will need to achieve 80% or above to receive your completion certificate. If you do not pass first time, you can retake the quiz.

Separate to this course, you will also be asked to formally acknowledge Macemark Company Policies. Your manager or the Compliance team will guide you through that process.
